Accordingly, one of the most important reasons for the success of any project is the strategic
planning in addition to the presence of workers, administrators and qualified workers who added
a lot to the restaurant chain Kudu.
Kudo has obtained ISO certification and HCCP SCCF 2000 in evaluating management systems
in companies and organizations, which are considered one of the most important international
certificates.

this step is very dangerous even if firm’s strength due to many reasons one of them is facing
many strong competitors.
After we decided to expand we will choose SPLIT TEAM Because we will establish two main
offices, one in USA and the other in UK, & Recruit local managers in the both offices that they
should be highly skilled & have experienced to build a strong relationship they will be in the
same location with the team to supervise them & reporting directly the manager in Saudi Arabia
main office.
contact with local real estate to locate a Kudu restaurant branches in best locations & he will help
us to choose small town to locate a customer service center involving call center to receive
complains & suggestions
choose a low-cost economic area to establish a small office for creating our site to introduce
products online & create application to make order & delivery online, & Communicate with
marketing to make advertisement for our products.
We will Make schedules to organize time differences for each country to arrange the meeting We

Market Development Strategy:
we will focus to selling our products in new markets to expand our segments which will increase
our sales significantly then make product that match the culture of customers in different
markets.

to know each other on a more personal level.

Our project is the opening of branches of Kudu restaurant & expanded globally in USA and UK
and we have hired highly skilled managers to manage our offices in those countries and members
of an effective, active and homogeneous team when following the necessary elements of the
successful team
We also talked about the virtual teams that we employed in the service center and in the and the
worker on the application of Kudu and what is the tools that we use to communicate between the
virtual teams and mentioned many examples, such as Skype
How the manager at the head office was able to deal with all teams of different cultures and we
marketed our products and developed according to the culture of each region.
CONCLUSION
Expanding the idea of business is a great risk and at the same time reaching the top is worth the
risk, but we must take into account all the potential risks and learn how to face the problems and
try to solve them to continue and develop more and more in a way that makes our restaurants
prosperous and developed over time
